For dormitory students overnight leave requests must always be filled out online by Wednesday before leaving campus for the weekend. When you wish to leave campus overnight with someone other than your parents, permission must be granted in writing by your parents and an invitation from the host must also be given to the dean by Thursday. Overnight leaves for dorm students will only be approved where opposite-gender students are not present. Always tell the dean on duty before leaving the dorm overnight.
